I am sharing eight 2 Year Old Toddler Snack Plate Ideas in today’s post. These are colorful, easy-to-create snack plates for busy weekdays.
Whenever I share Vihaan’s snack plate picture on IG, I get such a good response from my followers, so I thought I would curate a blog post with some of the most enjoyed snacks by my 2-year-old.
Toddlers are complex, finicky little creatures, and feeding them things they’ll actually eat can take a whole lot of energy and creativity! For the most part, V is a great eater; He tries lots of things and enjoys a variety of foods (all thanks to BLW), but some days it’s a different ball game. For breakfast, he gets oatmeal or pancakes or edd muffins, some days he only wants milk which I make it nutritious with my homemade nut and seed mix. He has lunch at school and eats family meals for dinner followed by milk during bedtime.
Snack is our biggest challenge; cause it’s after his afternoon nap and the time he gets home during our work hours at 3.00 pm. He can be slightly cranky as he wakes up hungry and ready for something to eat. So, I keep the snack plate fun with all his favorites and colorful (so he says wooww instead of noo!) and also simple for us to put together quickly with a few different bites that are easy to pull out of the fridge, like berries and fruits, with store brought snacks like veggie puffs or cheese sticks and homemade snacks that I make as a part of my weekend meal prep.
Below I’ll be sharing 8 toddler snack plate ideas based on what my 2-year-old toddler typically enjoys for a snack. You might also like these related posts:
