Today, I am styling this cute floral kimono from Amazon. It’s $18 and comes in a ton of different prints. The kimono will look amazing with a basic white or grey tee or bodysuit but the combinations are not limited to it. It can be paired with several different colors, in today’s post I am showcasing some colorful ways you can pair this kimono or any floral kimono.
4 Colorful and cute ways to wear a Floral Kimono
1. Casual Chic
Match your tank or tee with the dominating color in the kimono and pair it with relaxed or skinny jeans. Finish it off with comfy sandals, shades and a crossbody bag. This outfit is perfect to wear to work on casual Fridays.
This kimono is gorgeous and fits great. I am wearing it in size Small, the print, stitching, everything is perfect. I was a little worried about the length because I’m a short girl (5’3″), but it hits right below my knees just like any other long kimono.
Coming to the denim, it’s my first ever mom jeans and also first ever Mott and Bow jeans. I love the structured relaxed fit and you can choose the inseam you want which is a big plus for me as I don’t have to worry about altering the length. The denim has a good amount of stretch and it retains its shape even after several wears. I haven’t washed it yet so can’t really say about the fit after a wash. If you are looking for a comfortable fit that is not too big then these jeans out.
2. Summer Uniform
Linen pants and comfy tees are my go-to pieces for warmer weather hence this outfit sums up my summer style. Look effortlessly chic by wearing your kimono over a linen pant and a pastel tee. Finish it off with a straw hat and cute white sandals.
3. Beach Glam
Throw the kimono over your swimsuit or your favorite sundress for an Instant beach glam. Finish it off with gold jewelry and a straw tote.
4. Bold & Bright
Shine on this summer and take a break from neutrals and make your kimono pop by styling it with a bright top and bottom!
