I hope everyone had a great weekend, mine was jam-packed with food, sleep, and re-watching Game of Thrones. It’s great how much you pick up by watching GOT for the second time. The best feeling of it is seeing your favorite characters alive, breathing (Tip- Skip S1 Ep 9, if you heart Ned Stark). Well, I can go on and on about GOT and its characters and on how sadistic R.R Martin fantasy is, but I leave it here and promise to continue by ranting on my third watch.

Coming to the Outfit- I am more inclined to classic and peppy pieces this Summer- cotton khaki pants, midi skirts and printed dresses. I love Midi skirts for the fact that they make you look thin, by cinching the waist and showing the thinnest part of your legs. Besides, they are the best choice, if you are looking for a more graceful and elegant look.

For this outfit, I combined red and purple colors for the first time and loved how it looked, very elegant and high-class (agree?). The jcrew skirt is current favorite, love the rustic red color (also comes in white), very beautiful in person too. The clip-dot details makes it more dressy and girly (keep checking my Insta for more outfits with this skirt). I paired the skirt with an embroidered lite purple cotton shirt which is light weight and perfect for layering for wearing it by itself. To complete the look, I added my most comfy lace up heels. I love the color of this heels (mix of blush and nude) which goes great with both neutral and colorful outfits.
