Our family has expanded by 4 feet y’guys!
We got a new puppy on March 23rd, 2019 not knowing it was National Puppy Day. What a sweet serendipity right?
Hi there! My name is Bagheera, I am a male King Shepard!
I was born on Jan 17th, 2019 in a farm in Pennsylvania which makes me 10 weeks old today!
I love to sleep and love to play tug of war with my parents (especially with my dad <3)!
I am super cute that everyone on the street wants to pet me!
I like to cuddle around my dad’s feet and lick my mom’s hands, feet, face and ocassionaly (kind of everyday!) try to bite her which is when she gets real mean and yells at me!
I like to photobomb my mom’s pictures. Don’t worry she loves it because remember I am too cute, duh!!
I am very fluffy, it’s hard to resist not touching me more than once. I am kind of adorable that way!
Also, did I tell you I am potty trained already (almost)! I make my parents proud every day by not peeing and pooping on the carpet. I am a super fast learner.
Ok! this pup is tired now, going back to chewing things that I haven’t chewed already in my house. Bye y’all!

If it wasn’t for my husband, I don’t think I would’ve ever had the courage to get a puppy.
I’ve always loved dogs, but from a distance. Truth be told, I’m a little scared and had barely ever pet one before. But Rajesh kept telling me I’d fall in love… and he was right 🤍
Rajesh loves dogs. He has been wanting to get one for such a long time. and was researching on what dog to get/rescue for over a year now. He was very particular about getting a fairly active and friendly dog. As a sweet and loving wife that I totally am, I agreed to go with a German/king Shepard … even though I was strongly rooting for a Golden Retriever 🤭
As I am staying home right now, It seemed like the right time to get a new puppy as I can give all the attention he demands during his puppy days. Plus, the extra time really helped me get close to him quickly.
This is me holding Bagheera for the first time on his Day 2 with us.
Don’t judge me, I was such a scared first-time dog mom on Day 1. I barely let him come near me, and when we went to bring him home, I didn’t even go in-Rajesh did everything.
And now? I’m convinced he’s taking his revenge by being extra lovey-dovey with his dad.
I love everything he does, the way he runs after the ball, the cute little puppy face he makes when he’s been “scolded,” the way he licks my face, and curls up around our feet.
The way he lets me cuddle him (not like he has a choice 🤭), the way he randomly sits down mid-walk like he’s done for the day, the way he sleeps on his back waiting for belly rubs…
I even love he is super energetic which sort of scared me- the zoomies, the chewing, the madness that completely exhausts us.
But most of all, I love how he makes Rajesh and me feel like a family… not just a couple!
