Paneer Cheese Balls

Paneer Cheese Balls are a delicious, protein-rich snack. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they’re made with paneer, cheese, veggies, and a wholesome binding mix. Perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or as a quick appetizer

Ingredients
  

Binding Mix
  • 1 tbsp roasted oats
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • a handful of roasted Makhanas
Veggies and Paneer
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell peppers
  • chillie flakes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Equipment

  • Appe / Paniyaram Pan

Method
 

  1. Grind the roasted oats, sesame seeds, and makhana into a fine powder. Store it in an airtight container.
  2. Into the same glender, add corn and blend it into a coarse mixture
  3. In a bowl, mix in corn, grated or crumbled paneer, chopped bell peppers, chilli flakes, pepper, and salt

  4. Add 3-4 tbsp of the binding powder you made and the grated cheese.
  5. Mix well and make small balls
  6. Grease the appe or paniyaram pan with a little oil and cook the balls on all sides until they are golden brown and crispy.
